1. Trainer Bra: This bra is for the preteens and teens whose breasts are in early stage. This type of bra is designed for preteen or teenage girls who are in the early stages of breast development. As the name suggests, the bra trains these young girls to get used to the bra. It gives very little breast support as they don’t need any
2. Full Cup Bra: A full cup bra is that which covers the entire breast. This bra gives the breast significant support and keeps the breast in shape. These bras are made with different types of fabrics and also in different styles, sometimes very sexy looking. These full cup bras are for woman with large breasts and stop them from sagging
3. Padded Bra: This bra is best suited for smaller breasts with cup linings. These padded bras are for fuller bust lines and hence even used by preteen and teenagers who like to make their breasts look fuller.
4. Demi cup Bra: A demi cup bra has lesser coverage of the breasts when compared to full cup bra. This bra covers just an inch above the nipples and is designed to show more cleavage.
5. Underwired Bra: These bras are for better support of the shape of the breasts. But these underwired bars can very uncomfortable for some women due to the wiring in them for support.
6. Strapless Bra: This type of bras is used with clothes with bare shoulders. These bras come without straps and useful to wear with tube dresses and halter tops.
7. Convertible Bra: These bras and strap bras where the straps can be removed to be used with bare shoulder dresses.
8. Sports Bra: These bras are used by sports woman and women who are used rigors physical activity. These sports bras are designed to give a good support to the breasts stopping them from moving and shaking during the physical activity. This bra protects the breast tissues from getting injured during the rigorous physical activity.
9. Shelf Bra: This is a useless bra because I never saw anyone using this bra other than nude models. This bra covers only the lower part of the breasts leaving the upper part and nipples exposed
10. T-shirt Bra: This is a much used bra in these days of T-shirt generation. These are seamless bras without lace or ornamentation used to be invisible under the T-shirt.

11. Maternity Bra: These bars are designed for woman to be used during the pregnancy. As the breasts grow larger in size and become more sensitive, these maternity bras can be adjustable and expanded depending on the fast growth/expansion of the breasts during this period.
12. Nursing Bra: This type of bras comes with flaps which can be unclasped for breast feeding. This type of bra continues to support the breast while breast feeding.
